A professional services consultant advises organizations on how to improve short- or long-term strategies, processes, and policies. As a professional services consultant, you provide research and analysis in your area of expertise to help management make business decisions. Job duties vary depending on your employer’s needs and industry but may include engaging with customers to optimize products and services, building and prototyping solutions, and working closely with a team of consultants.
What we do
Identify professional service problems before hand and propose solutions to resolve.
Utilize experience and knowledge of resolving complex problems.
Collaborate with staff to vice-president level employees within and across function and external parties.
Lead and influence people through demonstration of favorable results.
Help customers achieve immediate value from their investment through Deployment Workshops.
Facilitate business process design and development to leverage rapid response capabilities.
Resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure solution produces expected results.
Identify resources to satisfy customer-specific processes and business requirements.
Provide high level of customer service when opportunity arises.
Collaborate with sales teams to build deployment plans for new customers to understand and document customer expectations.
Ensure successful ongoing operations with knowledge transfer to customers.
Lead client meetings to extract and document requirements.
Record and present service plans.
Provide ongoing updates and track progress.
Provide timely consultation for problem resolution and shared resources negotiation.
